The executive and members of Grassroots Footprint Network (GFN) will now find networking and mass mobilization easy with the construction of a 50,000, 000 membership capacity base website.

This was stated in a message sent out to millions of youths in Nigeria announcing the unveiling of the site for the membership re-validation exercise, as contained by the circular sent out by the association’s Secretary General to all media houses.

With this, GFN is garnering youth involvement in the election process, helping them to know their stand as youths interested in the political affairs of Nigeria.

The statement reads ‘We also seize this opportunity to clear the air on insinuations that GFN is politically bias; we are here just like other citizens, to network and rub minds on the expected requirements from whosoever offers to vie for elective political offices come 2015.

We as Grassroots Footprint Network (GFN) have only pitched our tent with Jonathan as our consensus candidate for the Presidency, and we will soon unveil our campaign strategy and commence mobilizations for him’.

The association also felicitates with Nigerians on the Democracy Day celebrations, and urges that we continue to remain in peace and unity.

The website will be launched on June 12, 2014, in commemoration on the annulment of Nigeria’s freest and fairest election.
