Veteran Nollywood Actor, Kenneth Okonkwo has joined other entertainers vying for various political offices in Nigeria.
Sources say, the actor is seeking to a seat in the National Assembly to represent the good people of Nsukka/Igboeze South Federal Constituency on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Kenneth is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in Enugu State and he also holds a Masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Akoka.
The Nollywood pioneer rose to stardom as an actor in 1991 when he featured in the movie, Living in Bondage.
Other Nollywood stars currently seeking political positions include Kate Henshaw, Kenny Saint Best, 9ice, Tony Tetula, Julius Agwu, and Bob Manuel.
