Engr. Uwem Udoka – CEO of KEU Engineering bagged the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the just-concluded Inyene on The Run Way event held in December at Monty Suites Uyo.
The award which was presented to him by the High Commissioner for Trinidad & Tobago to Nigeria His Excellency Nyahuma Obika came in recognition of his outstanding contribution to youth development in Akwa Ibom State and taking initiative to pilot an independent Civil Engineering, Security and Safety Company in Nigeria.
It could be recalled that Uwem earlier bagged the same award in the Wetinhappen Magazine Service Excellence Awards 2013.
The young engineer who has been able to distinguish himself among his peers was honored in recognition of his excellence in creating business opportunities, leadership and creative achievements and contribution to national building.
The FUTO-graduate who hails from Ibiono Ibom Local government area in Akwa Ibom State is one of the few young outstanding CEOs in Akwa Ibom State.
